NVH is the perfect venue for celebrating events of all ages.

Are food and drinks available?

The café will be open to sell drinks and snacks only.

Can I bring my own food?

Own food and soft drinks can be brought in. Please make sure you tidy up before you leave, bins are provided.

Do you supply food?

While we don’t offer hot food, you can order pizzas and fries from Oregano Pizza company using our discount code. This applies only to items on the reduced menu.

Will plates and cutlery be available?

No, you must bring your own cutlery, cups, napkins and plates.  

Can I bring in a cake?

Yes, but please no sparkling candles as this sets off the fire alarm.

Can I bring a kettle and heating appliances?

No, our insurance will not allow such items to be brought in.  A microwave is available – we suggest boiling water etc is brought in flasks

What happens if I arrive late?

Session times are not flexible, arriving late does not allow you to stay later into another session.  We are unable to offer voucher or refunds for late arrivals.

Can I extend my booking?

Yes, if no one has reserved the slot after you – an additional charge will be applied.

I need to cancel, change the date or time?

Do I need change for the arcades?

No, all arcades within the centre are free of charge

Can I play my own music?

Yes, our sound system is available for your use – it connects via an Aux cable or Bluetooth.

Is there a minimum and maximum age to use the venue?

No, as your session is private to you and your guests, there is no minimum or maximum age.
